In my case I had a 16 page A4 document that I wanted to make into A5 booklet using a single sided HP1300 printer from a Yosemite Mac Book Pro. 1) Make a small dummy booklet using post-its or similar and number the pages. Open the PDF that you wish to print as a booklet in Acrobat Reader 9. In the top left-most corner, select File and then Print. Alternatively, you could press “Ctrl” + “P” or simply click on the icon to launch the print window. 2 - In the Page Scaling section of the print window, select Booklet Printing. Create Booklets in Word 2013. Next, in the menu that opens, click the Print button. A set of options for your printer will come up. Go to Page Setup – it’s at the bottom of the list of printer options. A small window will appear, just like the one below. In the Pages section, select Book fold in the Multiple pages section.
ETA: I'm investigating suggestions here, unless someone has found a better solution.

How To Make A Booklet In Word 2019 Mac
Hey everyone,
I'm very frustrated. I can't figure out how to accomplish booklet printing in Word or Pages. Pages often does things simply that Word fights tooth and nail, but I can't figure this one out.
Apparently, old versions of Word supported booklet printing, which would allow the document to be printed with 2 pages facing each other, then cut the pages down the middle (gutter) and bound. Or stapled down the middle. However, I'm finding this an impossible task.
I'm using Word 2011 for Mac. Pages 4.1. Snow Leopard. Autodesk inventor professional for mac.
How many mac addresses are available for virtual network adapters, created by hyper-v?. The end result I want: A landscape-oriented, two-sided (I have duplex printing on my laser printer) document with 4 pages to a sheet (2 front, 2 back), than can be cut down the middle and bound on the resulting left side, just like a 'regular' book.
I don't have the option for 'booklet printing' under page setup in Word, and I don't know how to set it up in pages, because I can't even find a way to make it landscape orientation! (Yes, the computer is plugged in.)

Earlier, we posted a video on making a booklet in Word 2007.
Now, let’s take a look at Word 2010.
In the document that you want to print as a booklet, click the Page Layout tab and then click the Page Setup Dialog Box Launcher.
In the dialog box, in the Multiple pages list, click Book fold.
If you want to print separate signatures that can later be bound into one book, click the number of pages that you want in each signature in the Sheets per booklet list.
Adjust the margins and, if you want, specify a margin for the gutter (so that your words don’t get swallowed by the binding in the middle of a thick book).
Click OK.

If you want to have odd and even headers or footers–for example, if you want the page number on the outside corner of every page–double-click in the header or footer, and then click the Different Odd & Even Pages check box in the Options group.
Now you’ll add those page numbers or headers and footers separately–one for the odd pages and one for the even pages. If you’ve already added a page number or a header or footer, you’ll need to add it again on an even page.

If your booklet includes sections that aren’t linked, select the Different Odd and Even Pages check box and add the page number, header, or footer for each section in your booklet.
Now, click the File tab, and then click Print.

If your printer supports double-sided printing, click the Print on Both Sides option that has the correct paper-flipping edge–quite likely the short edge.
If your printer supports manual duplex printing, click Manually Print on Both Sides, and then make sure that you flip the pages the right way (again, probably on the short edge).
